Orders
No, orders once placed are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Once you have placed an order with us our bottle guardians work hard to make sure that the order is processed and dispatched accordingly, therefore once you place an order, we are unable to interfere with this process to make any amendments.
Call +94 771 898989 and inform us immediately! If you order is not yet dispatched, we can make the alterations.
Once you have placed an order, you should receive a pre-order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders.
Payments
We currently accept debit or credit card payments – Visa and MasterCard
We do not accept cash on delivery at the moment.
Delivery
We currently deliver only to locations mentioned in the Delivery section. We are constantly working to add more locations. Keep checking back for more.
Zone 1 orders – Orders placed before 4PM on an excise working day will be delivered on the same day.
Zone 2 orders – Orders will be delivered prior to the next working day.
While we attempt to deliver your order as per our Delivery timelines, we will call to inform you if we require additional time.

For starters, you do not have to enter your details each time you order with us. You can manage your account and you also review your order history.
