Cared for by five generations since 1863, Camus is still the largest family owned Cognac House in the world. The Camus VS Cognac is aged in small fine grain Franch Oak barrerls for a minimum of two years. The distillation process aims to enhance the aromatic elements of the Cognac, and this is evident from the intence floral notes of jasmine and violet. On the palate, the Cognac has notes of pear, sweet almonds, and fresh mango with subtle notes of vanilla and toast.
