Description
The Glenlivet 25 Years is made from the rarest whiskies aged for minimum of at leat 25 years. The single malt is batch produced and finished in ex sherry casks. Each cask is carefully selected and monitored throughout the finishing process to ensure that the Oloroso-soaked barrels adds subtle notes of sherry to an elegant, silky, and intense whisky.
The whisky has intense aromas of dark bittersweet chocolate and sweet sultanas. On the palate, the single malt has flavours of dark chocolate, spiced fruit, toasted nuts with hints of sherry with a long, rich and balanced finish.
