Matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the richness of the wine, the JP Chenet Cabernet Syrah is an intensely fruity and well balanced. The clear, ruby red wine has aromas of cherry and red currant with subtle notes of chilli.
Best paired with salad of peppers and dried tomato, duck breast with honey, and hard cheese.
